Nearcut Maintenance Policy

 

This policy forms part of the Nearcut Service Terms and Conditions and shall apply in the event that your website is not functioning properly. 

 

Maintenance support hours:

Problems should be reported as soon as possible to help@nearcut.com.  This email address is monitored 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.  Maintenance support, if needed, will be provided between these hours also.

 

Maintenance support:

When a problem has been identified and our development team are able to recreate the issue reported, support will be provided within 48 hours.

 

Compensation:

A full monthÕs refund will be given if the clients site is unable to accept bookings for more than 72 hours.
